Oct 17-18- Fall Recess. No school. No piano. Makeups possible these two days.

Halloween Costume Recital – Sat. Oct 26, 1 PM, Halloween Costumes, Only students who stay for the entire recital may perform. Dress shoes. Socks must be worn if shoes are removed for students, parents and family. Pls arrive promptly by 12:55 am. Pls bring a refreshment to share! Thanks!

 

Fall Quarter Masterclasses- Nov 4-7 –Nice dress shoes, parents invited, no refreshments, socks must be worn if shoes are removed for parents and family. Makeup lessons scheduled this week, as needed.

Federation Duet Festival, Sat Nov. 16

Plan to arrive to your Federation location 10 min early. Best dress. Closed toe dress shoes. No bracelets or long necklaces or large rings. Take original music with measures numbered. Take paperwork clipped to music. Parents may come in to listen to the performance. There is a waiting area down the stairs to the right. Performance is down the stairs to the Left. No pictures or videos or cell phones allowed.

Nov 18-22- No lessons. My family will be on vacation.

Nov 23, 25, 26-regular lessons

Nov 27-Makeup lessons as needed.

Nov 28-30-Thanksgiving break. No lessons.

Federation Solo Festival $20 fee due by Nov 1.

March 27-April 2-Spring Break. No lessons. Our family will be on vacation March 27-April 2.

Spring Recital, Sat April  25 , 2 recitals, 1 PM and 3 PM- Only students who stay for the entire recital may perform! Best dress and dress shoes, socks must be worn if shoes are removed for parents and family. Pls arrive promptly by 2:55 am. Pls bring a healthy refreshment to share! Thanks!

Fall Quarter starts the 1st day of school

First wk of Fall Quarter-Mandatory. Parents are required to attend the first lesson of fall quarter with the  student, unless the student is an adult, to review policies and practice contract, for parent and student signatures, to observe the lesson, and to ask questions.
